We are currently recruiting for Spanish-Language Telemarketers for a hybrid-working role (2 days in office, 3 from home), based close to central Birmingham. This is a temporary contract expected to last between 3 to 4 months, but could be extended for longer. The work schedule currently is part-time, 8am to 12/1pm Monday to Friday.
Role specification:
- Carrying out market research in to various industries.
- Carrying out unscripted telephone calls on behalf of clients.
- Answer questions about product specifications.
- Booking appointments.
- Lead generation.
- Inputting details in to company database.
Candidate specification:
- Native-level Spanish language proficiency.
- Good telephone manner.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to work to targets; call volumes, conversations and leads.
- Good time management, planning and organisational skills.
- Client liaison and good customer service.
- Good computer skills, familiarity with MS Word and Excel.
Due to this being a hybrid office/home based role, we would require candidates to be located in an easily-commutable distance to central Birmingham.
