Job Overview:
For their assigned area, segment or Customers the Telesales Agent will be responsible for understanding and defining Customer needs, ensuring these are understood within the business commitments are both deliverable and delivered.
Responsibilities will include both managing and growing this customer base through outbound telesales campaigns and account manager. The Telesales Agent will ensure we have effective communication channels at all levels,
Making outbound calls to dedicated client base
Proactively and professionally respond and manage all calls and queries
Provide excellent customer service
Ensuring high levels of accuracy are maintained at all times
Build rapport with Customers
Confidently qualify prospects and pipeline management
Effectively close deals over the telephone
