A rapidly growing Hybrid Estate Agency with their Head Office based in the wonderful city of Manchester are currently looking to appoint a number of experienced and talented Telesales Executives.
We are offering those with Outbound Sales experience an ideal opportunity to have a successful career in the Property Industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Effective handling of inbound and Outbound Sales and service enquiries.
- Liaising with customers who wish to sell or view a property.
- Assessing customer requirements and selling the range of services the agency offers.
- Provide a seamless customer service experience by providing exceptional service for our customers and network of Regional Valuers.
- Able to build effective relationships with customers over a period of time until they are ready to sell their property. You’ll have a passion for looking after your future client base.
- To ask relevant and appropriate questions of the customer in order to identify and maximise sales opportunities.
- To accurately input, update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Competent in booking customer appointments in line with diaries.
Key Skills / Experience:
- Experienced in Outbound Sales / telesales / contact centres
- A highly motivated individual, a self-starter, with the ability to identify every new business sales opportunity for valuations and associated services such as financial services and conveyancing.
- Ability to meet and exceed targets within a sales environment.
- World-Class customer service skills.
