Our client are a great business to work for who have a long term temporary role on an ongoing basis for a Telesales/ Account Executive They set-up their business in 2017 with a clear vision of putting integrity back into telesales by putting the retailer first. They firmly believe, telesales is a cost-efficient and highly effective form of communication, giving their clientele brands the opportunity to directly influence key decision makers.
We are looking to recruit an individual for our ongoing retail campaign working on a b2b basis with existing clients you will be representing some of the most well none brands in the UK.
What you will do in the role of Telesales / Account Executive?
· Building excellent relationships with existing client base
· Making outbound calls to retail customers to offer them products
· Working to set sales targets
· Processing customer orders
· Dealing with any products queries
· We are looking for highly enthusiastic individual to join our team to contribute to generating sales for our clientele
· You will be responsible for closing sales deals by displaying product knowledge over the phone whilst maintaining a good customer relationship
· You should have exceptional communication and people skills.
· We are looking for a resilient individual with sales abilities such as objection handling
· You will be fully trained with ongoing training until you are comfortable enough to be left on your own
What we require for the role of Telesales / Account Executive
· Proven experience as a telesales representative would be an advantage
· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
· Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospects.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
· Outstanding negotiation and fact-finding skills.
· Full training provided for this role!
What you will LOVE about the role of Telesales / Account Executive?
· Pay rate of GBP10.42p/h plus bonus of GBP50-250 per week and all paid breaks so you will receive pay for the full 35.5hours a week that you are at work even though you will receive lunch ad 2 breaks during the day
Weekly pay for salary and bonus
38 hours per week, Monday-Thursday - 9am to 4:30, and Friday 9am to 2:30
