Telesales Manager
We are looking for a Telesales Manager to join our residential business based out of our Stratford office.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of telesales consultants, with the task of requalifying old JLL leads in order to generate new sales enquiries and reservations.
The role includes being on the phone as a consultant.
Main duty will be outbound telesales, cold calls to go through JLL database, with software assistance for enhanced work efficiency
You will be given a database to nurture to achieve set target and result
There will be daily KPIs and monthly/yearly fee targets to measure you and your team’s performance, Ensuring daily KPI’s, deadlines and fee targets are met
Taking initiative in system implementation and workflow improvement
Following procedures to ensure service standards are consistent
CRM Dashboard management and reporting
Providing and organize training for team member
Work with international sales team for feedback and work improvement
Visiting development at least twice a year.
Providing an advisory, forward-thinking and bespoke service to our clients to ensure retention and conversion rates remain high
Good recording, notes taking, and admin skill to keep the database organized
Analytical skill for lead source efficiency
Seeking opportunities to increase revenue for the department and spotting any cross-selling opportunities that will benefit the company as a whole.
Taking initiative in daily work and being proactive in keeping on top of individual workload and team workload
Call through database of previous JLL applicants and buyers in order to generate interests and viewings for the UK and international sales team
Qualify the key information points from the call
Loading the call and information onto CRM software system, and
Triage the lead on to the relevant department
Call through database to assist with data cleansing on an ad hoc basis.

Have an understanding of UK Property

Excellent interpersonal skills – good communication between clients, departments and with colleagues is essential
Excellent organisational reporting and IT skills
Cantonese or Mandarin speaking is an essential skillset
