Job Description
Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work on a temporary basis for a great company based in Redhill, Surrey. The Finance Administrator will support the Accounts team with everyday Accounts Receivables, Payments and invoicing duties. This is a temp Accounts Admin support job opportunity to start ASAP.
Pay Rate: £12.50 - £13.70 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: 8am to 4pm
Location: Redhill - office based
Duration: Temp - 6 monthsAccounts Receivable - Accounts Payable Admin duties:
- Uploading Remittance advice to the system
- Daily / weekly banking
- Allocating BACS, Faster Payments received
- Processing any changes - Credit/Debit adjustments
- Resolving payment queries
- Assisting the Accounts team in processing invoices
Skills and experience:
- Experience of working in a similar Finance Assistant - Payments / Invoicing / Accounts support type role
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills and use of Excel
