RecruitAbility has a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a part time admin job that can work around school hours working Monday to Friday.
You will be working in a small and friendly team and will participate in the day-to-day running of my clients business.
The role of Administrator:
Your role will include, but will not be limited to:-
- Completing forms
- Updating systems
- Check figures using Excel
- Entering information onto templates
- Producing documents
- Sending information to customers
- Setting up new customer files
- Answering calls
- Taking messages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail this is hugely important
- Fast, but most importantly, accurate, keyboard skills
- Proactive with an enthusiastic can-do attitude
- The ability to work well in a small team
- Able to pick up new skills quickly
- Excellent computer skills include Word and Excel
- Any social media experience would be highly desirable
- Basic salary: c. £12.00/hour + holiday pay + pension
- Hours: 9.30am to 2.30pm there is some flexibility here
- 5 days a week Monday to Friday this is non-negotiable
