Job Title: Part TimeAdministrator
Salary: c. GBP12.00 + Holiday Pay + Pension
Location: Takeley
Term: Temporary long term, c.6 months
RecruitAbility has a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a part time admin job that can work around school hours working Monday to Friday.
You will be working in a small and friendly team and will participate in the day-to-day running of my clients business.
The role of Administrator:
Your role will include, but will not be limited to:-

  • Completing forms
  • Updating systems
  • Check figures using Excel
  • Entering information onto templates
  • Producing documents
  • Sending information to customers
  • Setting up new customer files
  • Answering calls
  • Taking messages
To be considered for the role of Administrator:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail this is hugely important
  • Fast, but most importantly, accurate, keyboard skills
  • Proactive with an enthusiastic can-do attitude
  • The ability to work well in a small team
  • Able to pick up new skills quickly
  • Excellent computer skills include Word and Excel
  • Any social media experience would be highly desirable
The package for the role of Administrator:
  • Basic salary: c. GBP12.00/hour + holiday pay + pension
  • Hours: 9.30am to 2.30pm there is some flexibility here
  • 5 days a week Monday to Friday this is non-negotiable
  • Free parking
