Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant and available immediately for Temporary work? We have a new vacancy just in working for a lovely employer in Ashford as part of a small and friendly team.
The offices are based close to public transport but also with free parking available on site. This is a temporary position starting straight away so please only apply if you have no notice period, this is then an ongoing role with potential to go temp to perm for the right person.
Main Responsibilities:
- Working as a stand alone Accounts Assistant for a small business
- Inputting financial data
- Using Sage Line 50
- Reconciling accounts
- Processing payments
- Banking
- Bank reconciliation
- Preparing accounts to share with the Accountant
Skills required for this position:
- Previous Accounts experience
- Experience using Sage
- Ability to work alone with little supervision
