Temporary Accounts / Finance Assistant
Working for a charity in Woking they are looking for someone to work 2-3 days a week covering Purchase and Sales Ledger essentials as well as gathering payroll information. The role is starting on the 04th March and is expected to run until the end of April.
We are only looking for candidates who are available to start immediately.
MAIN DUTIES
- Invoicing
- Credit Control
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Allocation of receipts
- Bank reconciliations
- Answering internal and external queries
- Preparing payroll information
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Previous Accounts / Finance experience
- AAT or other qualification
- Experience in using Accounting systems - ideally Xero
- Experience in processing payroll information
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to commit to a 2 month booking
