Job Description
Are you a skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Assistant looking for a challenging opportunity to start ASAP?
Our client in Brighton, East Sussex are looking for immediate Accounts Payable support for a minimum of 8 weeks on an on-going temporary assignment.
Hourly rate: £12-£13 per hour + holiday pay
Location: Brighton, East Sussex - Office based
Hours: 9-5.30 or 8.30-5, Mon-Fri
Temporary Accounts Payable duties include:
- Matching and coding purchase ledger invoices
- Supplier reconciliations and month statement preparation
- Review outstanding invoices
- Manage PO inbox / maintain in-bound queries
Skills & experience required:
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working within an Accounts Payable environment / experience processing invoices
- Strong organisation skills
- Good systems knowledge, ability to pick up new systems quickly
