Form of workOur Ledbury based client is seeking an efficient and experienced administrator on a temporary basis for approximately 6-8 weeks to assist in the collation and extraction of product information. You will be working with a small friendly team in an exciting, growing business.
What you can expect:
- Temporary basis for a 6-8 week period
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with the potential for some flexibility /School hours considered
- £11.44 per hour upwards, salary dependent on experience
What you will be doing:
- Working across site systems and contacting suppliers, collating and extracting data and product information
- Preparing information, extracting and inputting data into MS Excel
- General office administration tasks and duties to support the wider site team
What we are looking for:
- Experienced administrator with a polite and confident telephone manner
- Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of Excel essential
- Process and data oriented with an eye for detail
- Confidence to work autonomously
