HOURS: Monday - Friday (8:30am till 5:00pm)

THE ROLE: Office Angels are working with a highly successful and fast-growing family run business, who are seeking a well-organised and proactive Administrator to join them. You will be joining a welcoming and fun team, providing a vital support to the Team Leader, Director and customers. This is an exciting, fast paced role therefore the successful candidate must thrive in this type of environment and enjoy being busy. This role is initially temporary so you must be available immediately and able to commit for the full 6-month duration however there may be a permanent opportunity available for the right candidate.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering calls
- Taking messages
- Responding to emails
- Loading order onto the system
- Taking accurate information over the phone and via email
- Loading quotes and sending across to customers for approval
- Arranging deliveries
- Resolving queries relating to customer orders and customer pricing
KEY SKILLS:
- High level of customer service skills
- Strong communication and IT skills - knowledge of SAGE would be desirable however not essential
- Well-organised and able to work well in fast paced environment
- Prior experience working to deadlines
- High attention to detail
