Temporary Administrator

• Based in Molesey
• £12.50 - £13.50 per hour
• 9am – 4pm, Monday – Thursday 11 – 12 weeks
• 11 – 12 weeks temporary employment
• Paid weekly
• Start on 29th January for an 8-day handover/training

Job specification:

• Provide all round office support for a small independence company
• There will be 2-3 people working in the office but there will be a requirement to work alone.
• Supporting senior members of staff with day-to-day administration.
• Answering telephone calls, checking emails.
• Entering updating spread sheets.
• General office administration duties.
• Compilation & submissions of monthly valuations.
• Ordering stationary, and any other materials that are needed.
• Applying for working licenses.
• Raising invoices on Xero.
• All training will be provided
