On behalf of our client based in Bury St Edmunds, we are searching for an experienced Administrator to join a welcoming and friendly team on a full time basis to provide administrative support. The successful candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and also be confident in the use of Microsoft Office.
Main duties:
- Acting as first point of contact for enquiries, and directing customers to the relevant departments
- Handling queries via email and telephone
- Handling any post received
- Archiving and filing records both digital and physical copies.
- Inputting data onto a bespoke system
- Office operations and procedures
- General administration duties such as ordering supplies and essentials as needed and Scanning, printing and photocopying
