As an office administrator you will be supporting the schools in following up information, this will be done via email or telephone, so you need to have a good telephone manner and enjoy working on the phones
You will also be logging school and student information onto the in-house computer systemPreparing and typing lettersManaging busy email inbox of queries and forwarding to relevant departmentsUpdating the computer with online registration formsData entryAny role within a school requires the right candidates to have a can do attitude, ability to communicate at all levels, good attention to detail and always a smile on their face for students and their colleagues
What skills will you need as a Temporary Administrator?
