Office Angels are working alongside an independent consultancy firm based in the heart of Bacup, they are a close-knit team and are looking for someone who has experience within administration to join and support them on a temporary basis.
You must be able to multitask a variety of administration duties, be articulate and confident on the phone and proactive!
They have 2 office Border Terrier's!
Day to Day duties:
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls
- Taking messages for employees
- Distributing documents
- Email management
- Diary management
- Updating the CRM System - Data Entry
- Adhoc Tasks
