Salary range up to equivalent of £25,000

My client are a leading, friendly yet highly professional law firm that have an opportunity for a temporary Conveyancing Completions Assistants to join the team based in Southampton.

In your role, you will take responsibility for:

1. Overseeing the completions process
2. the completion of SDLT applications
3. the completion of registrations
4. servicing of all appropriate notices
5. dealing with Land Registry requisitions
6. providing updates to lenders
7. providing completed registration documents to clients and lenders
8. closing files - ensuring there are no financial balances on them

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, experienced residential Conveyancing Assistant to work within a highly regarded department.
