Temporary Digital Assistant

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-orientated candidate to take on a Temporary Digital Assistant position with one of our top clients in North Oxfordshire.

This is a temporary position, likely to be ongoing for at least 3-6 months.

Please note, this position is paid on a weekly PAYE basis. The full-time role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Digital Assistant Responsibilities

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Working with the website Content Management System
• Uploading product images, model shots and videos to shared drive and website
• Using creativity to ensure cropping is correct
• Being thorough in checking spelling and formatting
• Google analytics website reporting
• Tagging of Saocial Media posts
• General support for team activities e.g. for local photo shoots

Temporary Digital Assistant Experience

• Experience of using digital marketing channels – Content Management Systems, website development, CRM, social media, analytics
• Organisation skills, strong attention to detail, and executional excellence within tight deadlines
• Fluency in both written and spoken English. Any other language skills are advantageous, but by no means essential
• Resilience and flexibility when working in a fast paced environment
• Collaborative ability to work in a team environment
