Our client, an Environmental Organisation are seeking an Executive Assistant to support their COO, with some ad hoc support to the rest of the team. The successful candidate will ensure the processes and operations throughout the day are efficient and stay at a very high standard. This is a temp to perm position so candidates must be available immediately.
The team are supportive, dynamic and approachable, all working towards the same goal. However, they are incredibly hard-working and fast-paced, so the role would suit someone proactive and unflappable with very strong initiative.
Responsibilities include:
- Entire management of inbox - actioning and filing
- Full diary management – coordinate calendars with the board/chair
- Liaise with clients on their needs/issues
- Prepare COO for meetings: research materials and attendees
- Book travel and accommodation
- Note taking during meetings
- General administrative duties such as expenses
Requirements:
- 3 years prior EA experience
- Organised, efficient, forward-thinking
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Expert in communicating with external clients
- Loyal and confidential
