Our client, a housing association, are looking for a Housing Assistant for a 3-month contract to support their team.
Your new role
Your role will involve providing administrative and customer service support to tenants and staff members to ensure the smooth running of day to day activities. At times, you may be required to attend meetings in-person with tenants to help support subcontracted work to be conducted, produce offer letters and contact customers regarding enquiries and queries. You may also be required to attend meetings in Aberdeen and Dundee in this role, but mileage will be covered by our client.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within housing, lettings or property are desirable. Previous experience in administrative and customer service roles are required. You must also have the right to work in the UK and be available for an immediate start.
