Temporary HR Assistant - 6 month contract

Are you an experienced administrator and available for work at short notice?

We are seeking an HR Assistant/Administrator to join our Harwich based client on a part-time temporary basis. Working 18 hours per week, ideally across 4 days, this role also offers the potential of hybrid working.

Reporting to the Head of HR and working in a busy & supportive environment, you will provide administrative support across a range of HR functions including projects, systems, sickness absence, data administration/management, and other ad hoc duties.

To be successful, you will have previous experience of providing effective administrative support in a busy department, have previous experience of project support, have the ability to maintain & manage information and systems, possessing strong IT skills including MS Office. You will have well developed communication skills both written & verbal and be able to manage your own workload. In return, you will gain some great experience in a unique organisation.
