Accountancy Action are seeking a Purchase Ledger to join an expanding business in Hertfordshire on a temporary 3 month contract.
This position is full time paying between £16 - £18ph and will be fully office based.
Duties include:
- Dealing with Purchase Ledger invoices
- Accounts payable
- Matching, batching, and coding purchase invoices
- Invoicing
- Entering GRN and invoices on Purchase Ledger - system used EasyBuild
- Dealing with incoming phone queries
Please note the successful candidate will need previous experience Purchase Ledger, possess strong IT skills in particular Excel and be able to start a position immediately.
Due to the location of the offices, candidates must drive and own their own car in order to be considered for this role.
