The Role: Temporary Receptionist
Location: Glasgow (South Side)
Hours: 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri
Assignment Length: Ongoing
Rate of Pay: £11.50 per hour
Office Angels Glasgow have an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving, public services client to cover a period of absence. This is a fully office-based role where you will be working 5 days per week.
We are looking for a candidate who is adaptable and able to work at pace. Who will provide a high level of business support to an already well-established team. Previous experience in an shared services role would be advantageous.
Due to the nature of this role, we will only be shortlisting candidates who are available to start immediately.
What You'll Do:
Providing accurate and up to date information to clients and service users.
Be the first point of contact for all enquiries to the business
Typing correspondence
Ensuring all filing is completed in an accurate and timely manner
Updating databases
Signing in visitors and contractors.
Order and maintain stock levels of office supplies
Managing incoming and outgoing mail.

Will be proficient using MS Office packages
Be people focused and thrive on helping others
Able to use own initiative and adhere to tight deadlines
Knowledgeable on GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations)
