My client based in Huntingdon are looking for a Temporary Service Desk Administrator to join their team on a full time basis.
After training and a tailored learning programme when you join, you will play a key role within the Customer Service Team in the UK providing first class support to our customers and will be responsible for achieving business goals for processing orders, on time delivery and supporting the coordination of the Field Service engineer teams.
Your responsibilities include:
Quoting via Telephone and Mail
Invoice Queries & Credit Notes
Engineering planning & Scheduling
Parts ordering
