Temporary Customer Service Advisor required for our Peterborough based client.
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative and Customer Service support to various functions across the organisation. To be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries and visitors into the organisation and to support the Sales Manager in improving and streamlining administrative process across relevant areas
Key skills:
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel is essential
Great attention to detail
Self- motivated with the ability to work on own initiative
Positive ‘can do’ attitude and can think outside of the box
Ability to deal with difficult customers and stay calm when under pressure
*You must be immediately available to start. This is to cover a staff member who has had an operation and will be off for a couple of months.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm = 35 hour week, based 100% in the office.
