Working in a secondary school on the outskirts of Cambridge (also accessible from St Neots, St Ives, Royston).
This role could suit a HR Manager looking to work reduced weeks or in a different environment or an experienced HR Co-ordinator/HR Advisor looking for that step up, working in an environment where you will be both supported and developed.
This is a great opportunity for a working parent or someone looking to get away a few extra times a year.
The role will be worked across term-time (39 weeks) plus 4 weeks across the holidays. Actual salary received working term-time plus 4 weeks is £30,000 - £32,000
A true generalist role, our client is looking for an experienced HR professional, who enjoys working in a busy and varied role, where your day can change unexpectedly.
To fit into their culture, you will be approachable and friendly, demonstrating the ability to build relationships.
CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
