SalaryThis is an exciting time to join the business as their stand-alone site lead HR person, responsible for partnering with around 70 people.
Reporting to your VP of HR based in the USA and the leader of the site, you will provide business partnering advice and guidance to your employees whilst taking part in company wide HR initiatives.
You will act as the central point of contact for your site whilst working closely with your centres of excellence in the USA.
About you?
- Experienced in all aspects of generalist HR activities
- Degree educated / CIPD level 7 is desirable
- Excellent UK employment law knowledge
- Proficient with HRIS and recruiting platforms
- Experienced in developing culture and engagement initiatives
- Knowledge of VISA applications
- Able to work in a stand-alone role working autonomously
- Knowledge of payroll preparation using an outsourced payroll bureau
- Experience in the life sciences sector would be an advantage.
