• Employment Relations (Performance, Absence Management, Grievances and Disciplinaries)
• Dealing with Complex cases
• Performance management
• Advising and supporting Managers on HR Policies and Procedures
• Staff Conduct
• Organizational Change (Restructuring and Redundancies)
• Employment Legislations
• HR Projects
• TUPE
• Working closely with Senior Management.
