HR Advisor - Hybrid Working (Milton Office, CB24 6AB / Homeworking)

Salary £34,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience
**A Full UK Driving Licence and use of own car is essential for this role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced HR Advisor to join the People team at EACH. This is a new and highly varied role acting as an HR Business Partner, providing both strategic and operational HR support across EACH.
Are you:
- A passionate, and experienced HR Advisor who is interested in having a positive impact within a very rewarding charity?
- A strong team player who is able to juggle a high workload with a flexible approach?
- Somone with personal credibility and good commercial awareness?
Do you have:
- Up to date knowledge of employment legislation/ HR best practice?
- Demonstrable experience of supporting and coaching managers on a variety of people related issues?
- Previous recruitment/competency based interview skills experience?
- Excellent IT skills including excel (and ideally Power BI)?
- Proven ability to consult and influence a variety of internal stakeholders to build credibility as their trusted HR business partner?
- Experience of co-ordinating HR projects?
- Data analytical skills ideally using HR software/reporting tools?
- Previous experience of implementation new technology (ideally HR software)?
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting and coaching line managers on a variety of people related issues including employee relations, absence management and advising on terms and conditions.
- Participating in key HR projects (such as Diversity and HR/Payroll integration for 2024).
- Assisting in the preparation, manipulation and analysis of a variety of HR KPIs.
- Contributing to the review, development and implementation of EACH HR policies ad procedures.
- Proving guidance and support to the Admin team when required.
- Support selection and onboarding for new hires to ensure that EACH attracts and retains talent.
The role:
- This is a new role working with the current HR Advisor and a small busy team of 3 HR administrators, reporting to the Head of HR. There is also an opportunity to work collaboratively across the broader People Team (i.e. Volunteering Services & Learning & Development).
