Hr Advisor

My Client is currently recruiting for aHR Advisor to join their HR department. Reporting into the Head of the HR working various HR projects, policies and procedures operating as a HR Generalist. Hybrid working Cambridge Salary £30 36k dependant on experience Key Responsibilities/Account abilities:• Provide confidential and professional advice and administration for all HR issues• Provide an efficient start to finish recruitment service, including on boarding new employees, relocation and visa assistance where required• Maintain information on all HR systems to ensure that these are accurate and up to date• Maintain the HR section of the intranet ensuring the effective communication of information to employees• Lead recruitment activities across the company• Administration of performance appraisals and employee learning and development activity• Ensure the HR policies and procures are up to date• Ensure payroll data is provided to the Head of HR both accurately and on timeSkills & Experience:• University degree• Ability to work to deadlines and juggle a varied and busy workload• Experience of recruitment process• Familiarity with HR databases• Ability to build effective client relations, understanding when to escalate queries• Basic knowledge of employment law• Highly confidential and professional• Excellent reporting skills• Excellent attention to detail• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• CIPD Level 3 or plusIf you match the above job criteria please do contact Marsha-Louise
