We're excited to be working with a very reputable company in their search for an HR Advisor position. The successful candidate will work within a talented HR team, be exposed to generalist duties and the role will be offered on a hybrid and flexible basis. Ad-hoc travel to regional offices will be required.
Key duties will include:
- Coaching line managers
- ER duties
- Pay review projects
- Working with the team to improve practices
- Ad-hoc HR admin and other generalist duties
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience within a similar role
- Good communication skills
- The ability to build relationships
- A team playing mentality
- CIPD qualification would be desirable but not essential
