Tenancy & Leasehold Officers play a key role in the company, delivering essential front-line services to our tenants and Leaseholders. As the face of our organisation, we need the highest calibre of officers in these roles. You will need to be able to build excellent supportive relationships with our customers, be professional at all times, have a caring and compassionate attitude, have integrity and knowledge, and most importantly have a passion and commitment for helping people.

You will be:
• Numerate and literate to GCSE standard or equivalent
• Committed to customer service, having regard to the needs of the diverse communities within the city
• Able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
