Salary: £35,287 - £37,880
Hours: 37 hours per week (may be required to work out of hours)
Location: Office based Wolverhampton and, in the community

Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Tenancy Management team and are now recruiting 4 x Tenancy and Leasehold Officers.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver high-quality, high-performing services to tenants, leaseholders, and other customers.
- To deliver a comprehensive, responsive, and customer-focused service
- To ensure that effective and appropriate action is taken in response to all Tenancy and Leasehold management issues, addressing issues of property or garden misuse.
- Provide tenants and their families with support, focusing upon sustaining tenancies and preventing homelessness.
- Identify and report estate and tenancy-based issues.
About you:
- Do you have excellent customer service skills?
- Are you able to display emotional intelligence and empathy?
- Do you have experience in housing? This is desirable, but not essential.
