Job Title: Tenancy Management Officer
Location: Oxford
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Duration: 3-Month Temporary Contract
About Us:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tenancy Management Officer for a temporary position based in Oxford.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the effective management of residential properties within Oxford, Kidlington, and Abingdon.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Tenancy Management Officer, you will be responsible for the tenancy and void management of a defined number of properties, ensuring compliance with our Tenancy Agreement, policies, and procedures.
Your duties will include:

• Managing void properties and ensuring timely occupancy.


• Acting as a first point of contact for members, tenants, and other Council services regarding Council-owned residential properties.


• Conducting transfer visits, welcome visits, and managing tenancy changes.


• Overseeing tenancy terminations and enforcing tenancy conditions.


• Providing a high-quality, customer-focused service to all stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience working for a local authority or registered provider in a housing management environment.


• Excellent customer service skills.


• Knowledge of Tenancy Management principles and practices.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
