Reed public sector is actively recruiting for a Tenancy management Support officer position for a local authority in Oxford.

Pay rate: £ 12.85 per hour.

Working hours: 37 hours per week

Mani Duties and Responsibilities:

• To provide an excellent customer service telephone response to tenants, leaseholders, external agencies, and officers relating to Tenancy Management queries
• To be responsible for the co-ordination of the paperwork produced by the Tenancy Management Officers
• To manage the workload for the Tenancy Management Officers including liaising with tenants and booking appointments for visits, including Tenancy Updates, welcome visits, and mutual exchange inspections.
• To administer and be responsible for the inspection and letting of all residential garages owned by Oxford City Council within Oxford and Abingdon, including site visits, ordering repairs, viewings, and licence agreements.
• To be responsible for the verification of utility invoices payable on void properties, communal housing locations and garages areas, including dealing with disputes, assisting customers, and making payments.
