The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building strong community links and ensuring high–quality support for adults with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team to deliver person–centered support.Foster positive relationships with staff, service users, families, and other stakeholders.Ensure high–quality, safe support services are provided to achieve positive outcomes. Requirements:
