Job Title:Tenancy Management Support Officer

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
DBS Level: Enhanced

A dynamic housing management organization committed to providing high-quality services to our tenants and leaseholders. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Tenancy Management Support Officer in Oxford.
Key Responsibilities:
As the frontline officers, Tenancy Management Support Officers play a crucial role in the coordination of work, liaising with tenants and external agencies. Key responsibilities include:
- Assist the team in coordinating work, including booking appointments and responding to telephone enquiries.
- Manage garage stock, including inspection and letting of all garages.
- Administer the Housing parking permit scheme.
- Provide an initial telephone response service to tenants, leaseholders, external agencies, and officers regarding Tenancy Management queries.
- Liaise with tenants and external agencies to schedule appointments.
Requirements:
- To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check.
- The ability to drive is necessary for this role.
