Reed Oxford are currently partnering with an early-stage biotech start-up in search of a Remote Operations Manager to facilitate their operations and growth phase. This pivotal role involves streamlining internal operations and collaborating closely with the founders to enhance administrative efficiency and oversee critical operational tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing grants
- Liaising with accountant
- Supporting in recruitment processes
- Supporting site expansion
- Organising team-building initiatives
- Coordinating conference participation
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in grant management, demonstrate confident communication skills, and exhibit exceptional financial acumen. They will have prior experience in a multi-faceted role that can transition easily into an operations role.
They offer a salary up to £40,000 per annum and this is a full time remote position, which entails a 40-hour workweek, Monday through to Friday.
