This role can be based out of any of our CCF branches. The locations are,
CCF is the leading nationwide distributor of insulation and interior building products and solutions to the construction industry, supplying drywall, ceilings, flooring and fire protection to building specialists, contractors and builders through a network of over 35 branches. In this role the Operations Manager will be responsible for a consistent approach to the operational excellence and efficiency across the cluster they support. You will focus on delivery of operational targets, through sharing best practice, identifying improvement opportunities and driving a high performance across the cluster branches.
This role has been created to support a cluster of 5-6 branches within a region of the UK. As Cluster Operations Manager you will be a first point of contact and support for all operational staff in the cluster branches and escalation point. You will focus on ensuring best practice is followed across the teams in order to hit operational targets while ensuring all staff are health and safety compliant.

- Experience working within a warehouse/construction environment
- Experience in managing and developing an operational team
- Able to drive business growth through operational excellence, making a difference to the bottom line.
- Proven track record of success at management level.
- Experience in managing investigation/disciplinary procedures
- Experience with distribution/fleet/transport environment
- A strong background focusing in H&S
- Excellent communication skills
- Organisation and prioritisation skills
- Able to build and manage stakeholder relationships
