Tenancy Management Support Officer

Our client, a leading provider of Social Housing in Oxford, is currently recruiting a Tenancy Management Support Officer for an initial four-month placement. This is a Hybrid role.

Tenancy Management Support Officers assist the Tenancy Management team in the coordination of work, liaising with tenants and external agencies to book appointments and answer telephone enquiries.

Main duties;

• Provide specialist support to the Tenancy Management team by providing an initial telephone response service to tenants, leaseholders, external agencies and officers relating to Tenancy Management queries
• Be responsible for the inspection and letting of all garages and administration of the Housing parking permits
• Provide an excellent customer service telephone response to tenants, leaseholders, external agencies and officers relating to Tenancy Management queries
• Be responsible for the co-ordination of the paperwork produced by the Tenancy Management Officers
• Be responsible for the inputting of data collected on to the Northgate
• Manage the workload for the Tenancy Management Officers including liaising with tenants and booking appointments for visits, including Tenancy Updates, welcome visits and mutual exchange
• Administer and be responsible for the inspection and letting of all residential garages
• Administer the mutual exchange scheme (currently Homeswapper)

Applicants will have previous experience of working in a property or housing management environment and be able to liaise effectively with tenants and external parties to resolve issues in an efficient and effective manner. You must also have the ability to travel around the area to attend viewings when required.
