Our client has an opportunity for a Therapy Administrator to work in the mental health environment!
About the role:
You will deliver an efficient and high quality service to guests, patients & staff across two clinics. The role will involve assisting all arrivals and completing the therapy administration work on an ad-hoc basis. This is a temporary role, with an option to possibly apply for a permanent position.
Main duties:
- Taking calls and assisting patients as well as processing referrals
- Complete the billing process
- Working with the Therapists
- Ensure reception is well maintained
- Administration duties
- Liaising with key personal to ensure all funding is in place
Experience:
- Ideally have previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Good previous experience in answering phone calls in a professional telephone manner
- Experience dealing with customer queries
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
