About Our Client
The company was founded several years ago by an ex Wall Street Banker. He established the company in Rome and they have been exceptionally successful there and taken massive market share. They established in London a few years ago and now need a Tour Director in London to scale up the operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to really embed into a business and grow it. They alreadyhave some tours established in London and these have been coordinated from the office in Rome.
This role is now to manage these tours of between 15-20 people per day, in high season there is likely to be 10 tours a day. This role will be required to recruit and manage Tour Guides, establish new tours and generally push the brand.
This role is a remote role so you do not need to be based in London. But you must be able to get to London if required and fairly easily.

The Successful Applicant
You will either have worked in a role for a competitor, or you may have come from a travel consultant background were you have recruited others and have experience of designing holidays or tours.

£45,000 - £77,000 (depending on candidate)
