Homeless Link is the national membership charity for frontline homeless agencies and the wider housing with health, care and support sector in England. We work to improve services and campaign for policy change that will help end homelessness and ensure that everyone has a place to call home and the support they need to keep it.
Homeless Link are funded by London Councils to deliver the Pan-London Umbrella Support (London PLUS) Programme until 2026. The London Strategic Lead oversees the delivery of this programme and leads on co-ordinating strategic, partnership and development work to improve the response to homelessness across London. This includes enhancing services delivered by frontline housing and homelessness organisations and professionals.
Based within the Partnerships Team, you will play a vital role in Homeless Link’s work across London, ensuring strategic connections between the London PLUS programme and other related areas of work within Homelessness. The successful applicant will have excellent communication and relationship building skills, a positive approach focused on practical solutions and an in-depth understanding of homelessness practices.
