An Account Coordinator is required to join a growing Energy supplier in London on a permanent basis. The role offers the opportunity to liaise with various internal and external clients, provide administrative to a portfolio of TPI s.
Account Coordinator What you ll need.

• Previous experience in a corporate customer facing role.
• Energy Experience (not essential)
• Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Attention to detail and accuracy of numerical data.
• Comfortable working across the range of Windows packages.

Account Coordinator What you ll do.

• Manage the tendering process, this includes vetting customers regarding target market and credit exposure.
• Ensure all tenders are accurately logged onto CRM system and identify and query inaccuracies in data with clients.
• Onboard all new clients accurately ensuring a smooth transition to post sales.
• Answer incoming calls, managing any queries or complaints.

Location: London - Hybrid
Start date: ASAP
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP33,000
