An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our operations team here at Kingspool Holsteins. We are looking for an additional Tractor Driver/GFW to join the team. The correct applicant must be an enthusiastic, self-motivated person who works to high standards to meet the industry-leading high standards we uphold.
Job Responsibilities:
Operating modern John Deere tractors for various tasks. Baling (Massey 2190)
Mowing (front and rear)
Raking (4 rotor)
Silage/grain trailers
All aspects of cultivations
Relief drilling
Bale hauling
Slurry tanking
Bedding of young stock with straw chopper
Relief feeding
Muck hauling
Workshop jobs when required
Occasional construction work with the ongoing growth of the business when required.
Requirements:
Experience in tractor driving and farm work is preferred. Ability to operate various machinery safely and efficiently.
Willingness to work long hours when required.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to assist with additional tasks as required.
