Trade Counter Manager

We offer supply only and installations of aluminium and uPVC windows, doors and conservatories that are reliable and energy-efficient, without lacking in quality.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our small team. The successful applicant’s Primary function is to Manage the Trade Counter and ensure the smooth running of the depot, but to adapt to any additional jobs given accordingly. We are looking for ambitious, tenacious, and passionate retail professional who enjoys working in a team and ensuring customer needs are fully met.
About the role –
As part of this role your duties will include -
- Ensuring that the depot operates efficiently and to high standards
- Managing, supporting, and developing Trade Counter Assistants
- Liaising with suppliers and customers
- Promoting our expanding product range
- Undertaking stock checks and stock control
- Arranging deliveries, both in & out
- Cashing up
- Identifying improvement opportunities
- Keeping the depot clean & tidy
About you –
To be successful in this role you will need –
- Good customer service skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good time management skills
- Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
- Experienced knowledge of Sage preferred.

Working hours –
Full time, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5:00pm
