Description
The successful Trade Mark Administrator will hold the following key responsibilities:
- Pre-filing duties, including TM filing estimations, pre-filing searches and liaising with local attorneys.
- Filing and preparing Trade Mark applications.
- Renewals and Trade Mark maintenance.
- Interpret, review and analyse all correspondence for relevant deadlines.
Profile
The successful Trade Mark Paralegal will have at least 1 Years experience as a Trade Mark Administrator in a similar law firm and be able to carry out every aspect of both Trade Mark and design formalities work accurately.
