The role:
Administering the H & S system in relation to internal systems and online site inspections, dealing with a number of internal departments.
Acting as a competent person for H & S across the company group and provide advice and guidance.
H & S reporting including investigating accidents, incidents and near misses
Compile 6 months H & S report for group
Complete risk assessment and update COSHH assessments
Review DSE Assessments
Maintain PPM Schedule
Ensure Fire drills and test are carried out
Work with colleagues to produce policies and procedures and communicate to staff as necessary
Arranging for site maintenance, ensuring work is done by competent contractors
Cover for other team members for holiday/sick
Reviewing training needs of the business, seeking training and gathering costs.

H & S experience including risk assessments IOSH qualification desirable
