Traffic Admin /Customer Service
RJS Recruitment has an exciting new opportunity for the new year. Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join the Traffic team. The successful candidate will have an outgoing personality and able to provide a high level of customer service to their clients. This role supports the Senior Traffic Operator and the Transport Manager in the traffic team.

Job Specifics
Offer a high level of Communicating with all customers
Managing work volumes efficiently
Managing the Job inputting in a timely manner.
Checking work availability on the port systems and the transport management system
Keeping all systems updated and accurate
Implementing procedures to improve performance and customer service standards
Be a strong team member providing solutions for our customers and a main point of contact
Candidate Profile
Able to work well under pressure
Have knowledge of TOPS & VBS systems
Be proactive and positive team member
High level of IT skills
Offer a high level of attention to detail with all work.
Be efficiency and confident when dealing with customers
Confident phone and email manner.
